1. Processing of personal data
A) The case of using our contact form to start cooperation
If you request our services, we will work with your contact information that you share with us. These are name, surname, email, telephone number, your requests or questions, or other information that you leave us in the request.

We will contact you using the information you provided for our next appointment.
Why legally?
This is processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR – contract negotiations and contract performance.
How long will we process personal data?
If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 6 months from our last communication.
B) The case of contractual cooperation
If you decide to cooperate with us, we will work with the data you used to fill in the order or cooperation agreement. This is mainly billing data: name, surname, address, email, telephone number, data related to the ordered services or data about you that you give us to provide you with the service.
Why humanely?
We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract - to provide you with the products and services we have agreed to.
We will also communicate with you through your contact details.
We will also process electronic contact details to make Trebledu Sonic Studio available.
We will continue to process personal data to fulfil our obligations arising from the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, possibly for handling complaints).
Why legally?
This is processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR – fulfilment of the contract and Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) GDPR – fulfilment of legal obligations.
How long will we process your data?
For the period of service provision and then 10 years from the last service provision or product delivery.
C) The case of telephone communication
If you are our client and you have not forbidden us, we can contact you by phone to verify your satisfaction with our services, or with the offer of other services.
Why legally?
This is processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR – processing based on the so-called legitimate interest.
How long will we process your data?
For the duration of our cooperation and then a maximum of 2 years from the last provision of the service. You can object to such processing of personal data at any time.
D) The case of taking photos at live events
Photos or recordings may be taken at our events.
Why humanely?
We want to capture the event for our internal purposes (archiving), as well as for promotion on our website and social networks LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube.
Why legally?
This is processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR – processing based on the so-called legitimate interest.
How long will we process your data?
For 5 years after the recording or photograph was taken.
You can file a so-called objection against such processing. If you do not wish to be captured in photos or videos, please contact us or the organiser/photographer at the event location.
E) The case of applying to work with us
If you respond to an advertised job position or send us a request for a job position, we process the personal data that is in your CV, on your LinkedIn profile and in the form on this website.
Why humanely?
We need to process this personal data to assess the candidate's suitability for the job position.
Why legally?
This is processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) GDPR – contract negotiations and contract performance.
How long will we process your data?
No later than the end of the given selection procedure. If we keep your CV afterwards, it will only be with your consent, which we may contact you about.
F) The case of registering with us for a live/online event
If you register for our offline/online event, we process personal data such as name, surname, email, company name and the position you hold.
Why humanely?
We process this personal data to be able to customise the content of the event, to contact you in case of additional information about the event, to verify your registration for the event and subsequently to provide materials from the event, if available.
Why legally?
This is processed based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) GDPR – processing based on the so-called legitimate interest.
How long will we process your data?
No later than 1 year after the end of the event.
2. Access to your data
Your data will remain safely with us. Nevertheless, some companies or entrepreneurial natural persons work for us and get access to the data because they help us run our business.
These are:
companies participating in payment forwarding,
emailing service provider,
systems for client registration and invoicing,
systems for recording the HR agenda,
external legal, accounting and other consulting services,
freelance marketing, PR and IT service subcontractors,
individuals and companies that help us to provide offline events at the venue.
We process personal data on the territory of the European Union.

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask for information about what personal data we process, to request access to this data from us and have it updated or corrected, or to request a restriction of processing, you can request a copy of the processed personal data, request us in certain situations erasure of personal data and in certain cases, you have the right to their portability. Granted consents can be revoked at any time and an objection can be raised against processing based on legitimate interest.
